It is not the trade.

The position

The trade has a contract, a price, a settlement window and standards everyone in the room understands. The bit that breaks files is what happens before; turning the principal's existing asset into the form the trade requires. And what happens after; turning the proceeds back into something the principal can actually use.

I have written about this in the context of the trade itself: real wallet, real control, proper DD, no leased wallets, no proxy claims, no screenshots only. The same standards apply on the conversion side.

A quick update on what I now have available.

Alongside the XSWAP and Tier-1 Derivative programmes, we are now a direct partner with an institutional liquidity desks across the globe that handle all the conversion side. Before the trade, after the trade, and any time in between when an asset needs to change form or jurisdiction.

What it does:

  • Fiat to USDT or USDC, at institutional scale, fixed price at signing
  • Fiat to BTC native
  • USDT to BTC, BTC to USDT, principal-to-principal
  • Chain conversion between USDT chains (ERC-20, TRC-20)
  • Off-ramping any of those back to fiat in a clean banking corridor
  • Settlement into a verified wallet or bank account, with documentation

What sits behind it:

  • Noncustodial, principal-to-principal

What to consider

  • Multi-corridor banking, US, UK, Mexico, BVI, Brazil
  • Over five billion in monthly trading volume, more than 350 institutional counterparts including US ETF issuers
  • Backed by VanEck, Valor Capital and Hack VC

What this means for your client files:

  • The conversion leg before they enter the trade can be handled properly, not via a retail exchange that flags the size
  • The off-ramp after they exit can be planned into the file at the start, not figured out in panic at the end
  • If the chain or wallet is in the wrong form mid-file, it can be fixed without losing the position

What I need from you:

  • A clean introduction, principal-level
  • Basic information up front (asset held, amount, jurisdiction, source of funds)

What you get:

  • Protected commission position in writing
  • NCNDA in place before any name moves

Preparing the file

  • Same intake and screening I run for every file

Most of my existing clients use the conversion route before the trade for entry and after the trade for exit. Same standards. Both directions.
