XSWAP Clarification · 8 October 2026

XSWAP on kmdt.io and xswap.trade means institutional private placement qualification and structuring. It is not a cryptocurrency token, token presale, ICO or token-vesting scheme. Token prices and token allocations from unrelated projects do not describe this programme.

XSWAP is structured so that client capital is not deployed into underlying trading positions. Participating trading counterparties are described as using their own liquidity, capital and credit facilities. Depending on the selected arrangement, client assets are held under separately documented custody or escrow controls. This is not a guarantee that principal is risk-free or cannot be lost. Custody, counterparty, operational, legal, liquidity, settlement and fraud risks remain and require independent diligence.

Any custody, escrow or insurance protection depends on the specific executed agreements and verified coverage terms, including the insured party, covered assets, limits, exclusions and claims conditions. Insurance must not be assumed to cover every risk or guarantee repayment.

This dated clarification qualifies any broader protection or insurance statements in the historical article below. Historical returns, entry levels and processes are not current offers or guarantees and require verification. What is XSWAP? Programme definition.

Overview

We provide bespoke, principal-level digital asset solutions for high-net-worth individuals, family offices, corporates, and institutional counterparties.

Our structures prioritise capital preservation, controlled execution, and scalable returns, using proprietary trading programmes, asset purchases, and hybrid monetisation strategies.

There is no one-size-fits-all solution. Every structure is custom-built around the client, the asset, the jurisdiction, and the objective.

The digital asset space has matured quickly, but the way many people still approach it hasn’t.

Too many conversations are dominated by:

  • Headline returns
  • Loosely defined “programmes”
  • Unclear custody arrangements
  • and intermediaries with no mandate or accountability

In 2026, that approach is no longer acceptable.

Serious capital moves differently.

This is where XSWAP comes in.

Not as a retail product. Not as a fund. Not as a public offering.

But as a private placement programme designed for principals who value structure, discretion, and secure entry.

What XSWAP is (in simple terms)

XSWAP is a short-cycle private placement programme designed to generate transaction-driven returns without relying on market direction, leverage, or speculative exposure.

It’s built for clients who already control meaningful assets and want to deploy them through a disciplined structure.

Supported assets include:

  • USDT
  • USDC
  • BTC (Converted to USDT)
  • ETH
  • FIAT (converted on entry via one of our execution desks where required)

Minimum entry (by design)

XSWAP is not mass-market. It is principal-led and selective.

Minimum entry:

  • $10m USDT or USDC (ERC-20)
  • ETH (ERC-20) can be reviewed on a case-by-case basis

This threshold exists for a reason. It protects the programme and the counterparties involved.

The most important point: controlled entry and security

XSWAP is structured with a security-first mindset. Entry is not “connect your wallet and hope”.

There are two permitted entry routes:

1) Institutional escrow (Fireblocks)

A controlled environment:

  • Segregated, permissioned,
  • and built for institutional governance.
  • Fully Insured

2) Face-to-face (F2F) handshake

Where required, entry is achieved through a direct verification process in person, without transferring custody.

In both cases:

  • Wallets remain secure
  • Access is controlled
  • Custody is not handed over loosely
  • and the process remains disciplined

Security is not a feature. It is the baseline.

Indicative return profile (structured guidance)

XSWAP is structured around short, repeatable cycles tied to transaction flow rather than speculation.

Indicative performance guidance (dependent on mandate, entry route, and wallet size):

  • typically 3-6% per trading day, structured across repeatable short cycles
  • executed across a five-day trading week (Mon–Fri)
  • terms agreed upfront based on the client structure and onboarding route

Returns are designed to be repeatable and consistent, rather than headline-driven.

Importantly: client capital is not risked in the private placement itself. Participation applies only to the uplift generated, not the principal.

This is why serious principals like the structure. It avoids the typical risk layering seen in poorly structured “yield products”.

Who XSWAP suits best

XSWAP tends to fit clients who:

  • control meaningful digital assets or fiat
  • want short-cycle exposure with disciplined structure
  • value custody and discretion
  • want an institutional process rather than a retail one

It is not designed for broker chains, discount hunters, or SOP shoppers.
