XSWAP Clarification · 8 October 2026

XSWAP on kmdt.io and xswap.trade means institutional private placement qualification and structuring. It is not a cryptocurrency token, token presale, ICO or token-vesting scheme. Token prices and token allocations from unrelated projects do not describe this programme.

XSWAP is structured so that client capital is not deployed into underlying trading positions. Participating trading counterparties are described as using their own liquidity, capital and credit facilities. Depending on the selected arrangement, client assets are held under separately documented custody or escrow controls. This is not a guarantee that principal is risk-free or cannot be lost. Custody, counterparty, operational, legal, liquidity, settlement and fraud risks remain and require independent diligence.

Any custody, escrow or insurance protection depends on the specific executed agreements and verified coverage terms, including the insured party, covered assets, limits, exclusions and claims conditions. Insurance must not be assumed to cover every risk or guarantee repayment.

This dated clarification qualifies any broader protection or insurance statements in the historical article below. Historical returns, entry levels and processes are not current offers or guarantees and require verification. What is XSWAP? Programme definition.

My May article on XSWAP made one central claim. Returns are a later conversation, and proof of the asset position is the first one. Nothing in the weeks since has weakened that, so this update focuses on the part clients ask about once they have qualified: how entry actually works.

The position

The two main routes are unchanged

Controlled entry, usually from $10m upward, runs through institutional escrow or an institutionally held structure, with Fireblocks or similar custody where applicable. USDT and USDC on ERC-20 are preferred, and fiat, BTC or ETH can be converted on entry where the structure requires it.

RemoteX remains the selective route for $20m-$50m positions where the client keeps wallet control and enters through a remote, handshake-led process. The due diligence is deeper on purpose. Wallet proof, control checks, dashboard evidence and desk acceptance all come before anything trades.

Three engagement levels, from live files

What to consider

  • Full participation. The client attends the process directly during the opening period, sees each step, and builds confidence through presence. This suits first-time entrants who want to witness execution before scaling.
  • Delegated control. After a short structured handover, day-to-day handling passes to the designated operational party while the client retains contractual protections and reporting.
  • Escrow-held. The most hands-off route. Funds sit in the insured escrow structure until settlement, and the client engages only at the contract and payout points.

Preparing the file

Across all three, the protections are identical. Insurance review where applicable, a documented control test before entry, payouts on the agreed cycle with USDT as the default, and a transparent reporting wallet so the client can track activity rather than take anyone's word for it.

The disqualifiers are also identical. No leased wallets, no borrowed wallets, no proxy claims, no screenshots without verification.
