The piece most people miss is what happens before that.

The position

Before a client enters a structured trade, the asset has to be in the right form, on the right chain, in the right wallet, with the right documentation. That sounds simple. In practice, it is where most files quietly die.

The principal turns up with fiat. The trade requires USDT. The principal moves the fiat through their bank to a retail exchange, gets flagged on the size, gets slippage on the conversion, waits ten days for the withdrawal, and by the time the USDT is in a Fireblocks wallet, the trade contract has already moved on without them.

Or the principal turns up with BTC. The trade requires BTC, USDT TRC-20 or ERC-20. They swap on an exchange, lose more on spread than the conversion was worth, and the resulting wallet is an omnibus address that fails the compliance check. Or we convert Fiat to USDT for them.

Or the principal turns up with USDT ERC-20 when the desk needs TRC-20. Same problem on a different chain.

The conversion is not a sideshow. It is the gate.

I am now a direct partner with an institutional liquidity desk that handles this part properly.

What it does:

  • Fiat to USDT or USDC at an institutional scale, fixed price at contract signing
  • Fiat to BTC at the same standard
  • USDT to BTC or BTC to USDT swap, principal-to-principal, no exchange order-book slippage

What to consider

  • Chain conversion (ERC-20, TRC-20) handled cleanly
  • Settlement directly into the verified wallet that is going to be used for the trade

Active banking corridors in the US, UK, Mexico, BVI and Brazil. The desk processes over five billion in monthly volume, serves more than 350 institutional counterparts, including US ETF issuers, and is backed by VanEck, Valor Capital and Hack VC.

The standards on the conversion are the same standards I apply to the trade itself.

  • Real wallet
  • Real control
  • Proper DD
  • No leased wallets
  • No proxy claims

Preparing the file

  • No screenshots only

If the conversion leg of your file has not been properly thought through, the trade is not going to start cleanly.
