For some digital-asset owners, the first question is whether they can retain control of their wallet.
RemoteX is the selective private-wallet route described in our overview for qualifying USDT or USDC positions from an indicative US$25 million. Under the standard route, the client retains wallet control without moving the balance to the desk.
That feature is meaningful, but it sits alongside continuing contractual commitments.
Control has to be evidenced
The review begins with the owner, the asset, the network and the source of funds. A visible balance is one part of the file. The ability to establish genuine ownership and control is another.
The verification process is agreed for the route and should be followed through authorised channels. Private keys, seed phrases and remote access credentials should never be supplied.
A pooled exchange balance or a wallet temporarily funded for presentation does not establish the privately controlled, maintainable position this route requires.
The balance must remain available
A retained wallet is still subject to the programme agreement. Quiet-wallet conditions and the contracted threshold restrict what the client may do with the allocation during the term.
That makes the client's wider commitments relevant. If part of the balance is also needed for an acquisition, repayment or another programme, the conflict must be resolved before the allocation is accepted.
The same position should not be treated as freely available to satisfy several commitments simultaneously.
Fit the term to the objective
The overview describes RemoteX as a longer-term arrangement, commonly six to twelve months, with the live contract controlling term and distributions. Reinvestment is not automatic.
A client considering project support therefore needs to distinguish the committed wallet position from output that has been paid and is available for the agreed use.
The initial review should connect custody preference with the required term, distribution asset and commercial purpose. Retaining control is one criterion within that assessment.
If you hold a substantial private USDT or USDC position, send a non-confidential summary of the amount, network, jurisdiction and intended use. We can then establish whether RemoteX merits a formal review.
RemoteX remains subject to qualification, live capacity and definitive terms. Retained wallet control does not remove programme or counterparty risk.
