XSWAP Clarification · 8 October 2026

XSWAP on kmdt.io and xswap.trade means institutional private placement qualification and structuring. It is not a cryptocurrency token, token presale, ICO or token-vesting scheme. Token prices and token allocations from unrelated projects do not describe this programme.

XSWAP is structured so that client capital is not deployed into underlying trading positions. Participating trading counterparties are described as using their own liquidity, capital and credit facilities. Depending on the selected arrangement, client assets are held under separately documented custody or escrow controls. This is not a guarantee that principal is risk-free or cannot be lost. Custody, counterparty, operational, legal, liquidity, settlement and fraud risks remain and require independent diligence.

Any custody, escrow or insurance protection depends on the specific executed agreements and verified coverage terms, including the insured party, covered assets, limits, exclusions and claims conditions. Insurance must not be assumed to cover every risk or guarantee repayment.

This dated clarification qualifies any broader protection or insurance statements in the historical article below. Historical returns, entry levels and processes are not current offers or guarantees and require verification. What is XSWAP? Programme definition.

We opened a 5m-10m XSWAP slot earlier this quarter for qualifying USDT positions, ERC or TRC accepted. The pattern that followed confirmed everything I have written all year. Enquiries arrived in volume. Files that could actually evidence the position stayed rare.

The position

So instead of restating the offer, here is what the qualifying minority did differently.

They led with evidence. Asset type, amount, custody route, beneficial owner and proof of control were in the first message. No questions about returns before the position was on the table.

They picked an entry route early. Option one is the non-custodial, insured route for clients who keep wallet control, through a remote wallet or face-to-face process depending on approval, with an A-to-B test inside the client's own wallet supported by dashboard evidence. Option two is the escrow route, funds held in an insured Fireblocks structure under the client's or company's name. Under both, the funds themselves are not traded directly.

What to consider

The structure is built around controlled entry and client protection.

They treated documentation as the fast lane, not the obstacle. NCNDA, fee agreement, JV contract, due diligence, then entry. Every client who pushed to skip a step added time. Every client who followed the sequence shortened it.

Preparing the file

The commercial frame is the same as the announcement. The return profile is generally positioned at 2-6% per day on a five-day trading week, sometimes more, subject to structure, contract selection, compliance, approval and the amount entered. Bi-monthly payouts, default in USDT, with fiat, BTC and other routes reviewable on request. Contracts run from a six-month minimum up to twelve months on a 70:30 split.

The disqualifiers are the same too. No leased wallets, no borrowed wallets, no proxy control claims, no screenshots without verification.
