XSWAP Clarification · 8 October 2026

XSWAP on kmdt.io and xswap.trade means institutional private placement qualification and structuring. It is not a cryptocurrency token, token presale, ICO or token-vesting scheme. Token prices and token allocations from unrelated projects do not describe this programme.

XSWAP is structured so that client capital is not deployed into underlying trading positions. Participating trading counterparties are described as using their own liquidity, capital and credit facilities. Depending on the selected arrangement, client assets are held under separately documented custody or escrow controls. This is not a guarantee that principal is risk-free or cannot be lost. Custody, counterparty, operational, legal, liquidity, settlement and fraud risks remain and require independent diligence.

Any custody, escrow or insurance protection depends on the specific executed agreements and verified coverage terms, including the insured party, covered assets, limits, exclusions and claims conditions. Insurance must not be assumed to cover every risk or guarantee repayment.

This dated clarification qualifies any broader protection or insurance statements in the historical article below. Historical returns, entry levels and processes are not current offers or guarantees and require verification. What is XSWAP? Programme definition.

Private placement trade programmes can support businesses, projects and founders looking for alternative funding routes where a genuine asset position already exists.

For the right client, XSWAP can be reviewed as a structured route to help generate liquidity for business expansion, project development, acquisition capital, working capital or start-up growth.

We also support humanitarian and impact-led projects where suitable, but the project purpose does not replace the need for proper proof, asset control and compliance. The position must qualify first.

XSWAP is designed for short-cycle private placement structures where controlled entry, client protection and disciplined execution are the starting point.

We currently have a 5m–10m XSWAP slot available, structured for qualifying USDT positions, with ERC or TRC accepted.

This route is designed for serious asset holders who can evidence control, pass compliance and move through the correct documentation process.

XSWAP Overview

This XSWAP route is for 5m–10m only, with one slot currently available.

At a high level, the structure can review:

FIAT USDT, ERC or TRC BTC ETH

Where required, FIAT, BTC or ETH may be converted into the appropriate route asset before entry.

The return profile is generally positioned at 15% per week, and sometimes more, subject to structure, contract selection, compliance, approval and the amount entered.

Bi-monthly payouts are available, with a default payout in USDT. FIAT, BTC and other payout routes may be reviewed by request.

Option 1, Non-Custodial / Insured Route

For clients who wish to retain wallet control, the route may be structured through a remote wallet, non-custodial process or face-to-face route, depending on approval.

The typical flow is:

  • NCNDA > Fee Agreement > JV Contract
  • Due diligence completed
  • USDT proof of control* and insurance review
  • A>B test within the client wallet, supported by dashboard screenshots
  • Handshake into trade

This option is designed for clients who can evidence genuine wallet control and complete the required verification steps.

No leased wallets. No borrowed wallets. No proxy control claims. No screenshots only.

Proof of control is required.

Option 2, Escrow / Insured Route

Where suitable, the route can also be structured through an escrow or insured Fireblocks route.

The typical flow is:

  • NCNDA > Fee Agreement > JV Contract
  • Due diligence completed
  • Funds moved into Fireblocks where required
  • FIAT or USDT moved to escrow and is insured
  • Fireblocks is used for digital asset escrow under the client's or company's name

Under these routes, the funds, USDT, BTC or ETH are not traded directly.

This is important because the structure is designed around controlled entry, client protection and the use of an approved route, rather than asking clients to take unnecessary exposure.

Contract Term and Commercials

The trade can run for up to 12 months, with a minimum 6-month contract, depending on structure, contract selection and the amount entered.

Commercially, this is structured on a 70:30 fee split, rinse and repeat.

Payouts can be made in FIAT, USDT, BTC or other routes where approved.

Default payout is USDT.

Why Proof Comes First

The biggest issue in this market is not a lack of opportunity. It is poor-quality submission.

Too many positions are presented with screenshots, vague control claims, leased wallets, borrowed wallets or introducers who cannot evidence the asset.

That does not work.

For this route, the starting point is simple:

  • Asset type
  • Amount Wallet or custody route
  • Beneficial owner Proof of funds
  • Proof of control
  • KYC / CIS Source-of-funds comfort
  • A>B test where required

Once the wallet or funds are properly reviewed, the correct route can be assessed.

Final Point

This is not a generic product, and it is not a retail opportunity.

It is a contract-ready private placement route for qualifying 5m–10m USDT positions, subject to documentation, due diligence, proof of control, compliance and final approval.
