XSWAP Clarification · 8 October 2026

XSWAP on kmdt.io and xswap.trade means institutional private placement qualification and structuring. It is not a cryptocurrency token, token presale, ICO or token-vesting scheme. Token prices and token allocations from unrelated projects do not describe this programme.

XSWAP is structured so that client capital is not deployed into underlying trading positions. Participating trading counterparties are described as using their own liquidity, capital and credit facilities. Depending on the selected arrangement, client assets are held under separately documented custody or escrow controls. This is not a guarantee that principal is risk-free or cannot be lost. Custody, counterparty, operational, legal, liquidity, settlement and fraud risks remain and require independent diligence.

Any custody, escrow or insurance protection depends on the specific executed agreements and verified coverage terms, including the insured party, covered assets, limits, exclusions and claims conditions. Insurance must not be assumed to cover every risk or guarantee repayment.

This dated clarification qualifies any broader protection or insurance statements in the historical article below. Historical returns, entry levels and processes are not current offers or guarantees and require verification. What is XSWAP? Programme definition.

A US$5 million capital position is substantial. When it is being considered for a private-placement structure, the amount is only the beginning of the assessment.

The more useful questions concern ownership, control, availability and the date on which the client needs access to distributions.

XSWAP Original is the controlled-entry route described in our programme overview for qualifying positions in the indicative US$5 million to US$10 million band. Access depends on an acceptable file, an approved control arrangement and a suitable live slot.

For clients considering the lower end of that range, the initial build period deserves particular attention.

Understand when distributions could begin

Below US$10 million, the structure will usually require an agreed period during which realised programme output is retained before normal client distributions begin.

The purpose is to build the allocation towards the applicable programme threshold. The terms must define how that period works, including what happens if the expected target is not reached.

For a business owner, this has a practical consequence: the programme timetable must be considered alongside the business's cash requirements.

If an acquisition deposit or supplier payment falls due during the build period, that obligation needs its own funding plan. Expected programme output should not be treated as cash already available.

Establish the position clearly

The initial review considers the beneficial owner, the source of funds, the asset and the ability to maintain the proposed allocation.

Fiat and USDT are the primary assets identified for this route in the overview. Other assets depend on an approved conversion path or separate structure. The accepted asset, network and custody requirements are confirmed for the particular file.

Control arrangements may involve approved escrow, custody or another documented controlled process. The chosen arrangement must be understood through its actual terms, including the client's obligations and the conditions for release.

Connect the route to the objective

Some clients are considering future business expenditure. Others have a project, an acquisition or a reserve they want to build.

That objective helps frame the proposed distribution schedule. It also raises the questions that need answering before activation: how much output would be retained, when distributions could start, who receives them and what deductions apply?

At exactly US$10 million, either Original or Short-Cycle may be considered, depending on the available contract and desk decision. The threshold alone does not decide suitability.

If you control a position in this range, send me the asset type, approximate amount, jurisdiction and when you would need distributions. We can use that information to establish whether a file is suitable for further review.

The entry band is indicative. Acceptance, build period, custody, fees and distributions depend on the definitive agreements. Programme output is not guaranteed.
