A project budget is usually expressed in milestones. A programme statement is usually expressed in balances and distributions.

A useful funding structure connects the two.

The XSWAP family approach allows us to consider how realised output from an accepted route might support an independently documented project. Our proposals have used this distinction to separate programme participation from the commercial expenditure it is intended to support.

Start with the payment that matters

Land deposits, equipment orders and professional costs do not necessarily fall due together.

Each payment needs an amount, recipient, currency and release condition. The receiving entity must also be entitled to the funds.

If the programme participant and project company differ, the basis on which money passes between them needs to be documented. A common owner does not make their accounts interchangeable.

Build the distribution sequence

A potential sequence is reconciled programme output, calculation of the client's net entitlement, receipt of USDT, approved conversion into fiat, and transfer into the project account.

Only then can the project release the relevant expenditure.

That sequence makes deductions visible. Gross output, client entitlement and banked project cash can be different figures.

A reserve can be considered for conversion costs, timing differences and approved contingencies before the next milestone is funded.

Keep the timetable honest

Proposed performance can help explore whether a structure is worth assessing. It cannot establish a guaranteed date for paying a contractor.

A milestone dependent on future output should remain conditional until the money is available. Fixed obligations need an independently funded reserve or another credible payment source.

This is particularly useful when a project can proceed in phases. The owner may choose to fund one defined package after receiving and reconciling a distribution, then review the next package separately.

Our role is to make that relationship clear in the proposed structure, with execution and project responsibilities allocated to the relevant parties.

Bring the milestone schedule and the qualifying asset position. We can then discuss what could be connected, what needs to remain separate and which payment has to be funded first.
