XSWAP Clarification · 8 October 2026

XSWAP on kmdt.io and xswap.trade means institutional private placement qualification and structuring. It is not a cryptocurrency token, token presale, ICO or token-vesting scheme. Token prices and token allocations from unrelated projects do not describe this programme.

XSWAP is structured so that client capital is not deployed into underlying trading positions. Participating trading counterparties are described as using their own liquidity, capital and credit facilities. Depending on the selected arrangement, client assets are held under separately documented custody or escrow controls. This is not a guarantee that principal is risk-free or cannot be lost. Custody, counterparty, operational, legal, liquidity, settlement and fraud risks remain and require independent diligence.

Any custody, escrow or insurance protection depends on the specific executed agreements and verified coverage terms, including the insured party, covered assets, limits, exclusions and claims conditions. Insurance must not be assumed to cover every risk or guarantee repayment.

This dated clarification qualifies any broader protection or insurance statements in the historical article below. Historical returns, entry levels and processes are not current offers or guarantees and require verification. What is XSWAP? Programme definition.

Two structures can involve Bitcoin and USDT while creating very different responsibilities for the client.

XSWAP KSA is described in our overview as a separate Saudi-linked BTC-to-USDT settlement structure. Its purpose, asset flows and approval requirements need to be understood on their own terms.

For a qualifying client, the useful discussion concerns the settlement role they would undertake and the evidence supporting each completed transaction.

Start with the actual settlement role

The overview positions KSA around an approved client-controlled USDT TRC20 wallet, from an indicative US$25 million. It involves a contracted settlement process and a separately approved control arrangement.

Depending on the accepted structure, the client may have an active settlement role during the initial operating period. That requires clear instructions, identifiable counterparties and an understanding of who is authorised to receive and release assets.

The route should therefore be assessed as a transaction process, with its own obligations, rather than assumed to behave like another programme carrying the XSWAP name.

Reconciliation gives the transaction a record

Where blockchain activity applies, transaction evidence can help reconcile incoming and outgoing movements. That record must be read alongside the contract: what was due, what completed, what costs applied and what is available for distribution.

A transaction hash establishes a movement on a network. The underlying commercial meaning still comes from the parties and their agreements.

Any insurance described for the proposed structure must be confirmed through the applicable policy and contractual terms. Its scope cannot be inferred from the programme label.

Scale follows acceptance

The overview discusses larger wallet configurations, but every proposed position requires individual approval. A larger balance does not by itself establish capacity, operational readiness or a confirmed settlement schedule.

This route may be relevant to an asset owner with the appropriate stablecoin position who can meet the operational requirements. The client's authority, source of funds and ability to maintain the agreed balance remain central.

If that describes your position, send the proposed amount, network, jurisdiction and ownership or mandate details for initial review. We can then establish whether a current KSA-linked settlement discussion is appropriate.

This is a high-level description. Counterparties, capacity, insurance, responsibilities and economics require transaction-specific verification and agreement.
